Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic University Lecturer in English Literature to join our faculty. In this role, you will teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in English literature, provide academic advising, and engage in scholarly research. You will help students develop critical thinking and analytical skills while fostering a love for literature and the humanities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver undergraduate and graduate-level courses in English literature, focusing on a variety of literary periods and genres.
• Conduct research in English literature and publish scholarly articles in academic journals.
• Advise students on academic and career development, including supervising thesis or dissertation work.
• Evaluate student performance through grading, providing constructive feedback on papers, presentations, and exams.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic committees, and other university-related activities.
