Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Telecaller to join our sales team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via phone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and assist with customer inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce company products/services, and identify sales opportunities.
  • Answer inbound calls from existing or prospective customers, providing information about products and services.
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team by capturing customer information and assessing their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets set by the management.
